Beware of Low Quality CoQ10

Customers must be aware of the quality differences in CoQ10 products on the market today. Low quality materials have allowed companies to drastically reduce pricing while sacrificing quality. Therefore, customers must be aware of the drastic impact on effectiveness caused by this use of inferior materials. Companies can easily substitute high-quality CoQ10—like the OptiPure© brand we use here at Enhanced Life Sciences—with low quality, Chinese CoQ10. This cheaper material may have trace amounts of impurities that inhibit effectiveness and may also be harmful to you.

When shopping for CoQ10, make sure you are getting an effective, high-quality CoQ10. How do you find out? Ask the following questions:

Who manufacture’s you’re CoQ10?
What country does it come from? Most high-quality CoQ10 comes from Japan.
Do you test for impurities?
Is the CoQ10 the cis- or trans- form? The trans- form is the most desirable. The closer to 100%, the better.
Is it naturally or synthetically prepared? Natural is preferred since synthetic preparation can add harmful impurities.
